Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs how customers may use products and information purchased from or provided by Kyzen Peptides. Violation of this AUP is grounds for cancellation of orders, refusal of future service, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.
Permitted uses
- In-vitro research and laboratory experimentation by qualified researchers;
- Analytical method development, instrument calibration, and reference-standard work;
- Educational use within accredited research and academic institutions.
Prohibited uses
- Human consumption, injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application, or administration of any kind;
- Veterinary or animal-administration use without independent regulatory authorization;
- Resale, repackaging, or redistribution to unqualified parties or to consumers;
- Use in any product marketed for human or animal therapy, diagnosis, prevention, or supplementation;
- Any use that violates U.S. federal law, state law, or applicable international export controls.
Order screening
Kyzen Peptides reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or refund any order whose intended use we reasonably believe is inconsistent with this AUP, regardless of payment status. We may request additional information about intended use prior to fulfillment.
