Returns & Refunds
14-Day Return Policy
Unopened items: Full refund if returned within 14 days of delivery in original, sealed packaging.
- Refund issued to original payment method within 3 business days
- Return shipping is free if the issue is our error
- Otherwise, customer covers return shipping
- Items must be returned in original cold packaging
Opened or reconstituted compounds: Not eligible for return. Once opened, the product cannot be resold or verified.
Damage & Quality Guarantee

Broken packaging, leaking cold packs, or temperature excursions documented by our sensors? We replace your order at no cost.
To claim: Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement immediately.
COA Mismatch Guarantee
If received compounds don’t match the specifications on the Certificate of Analysis (purity, identity, endotoxin levels), we’ll replace the entire order free of charge.
